Although Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have been separated for even longer than they’ve been married, it looks like their divorce is only going to be finalized before the end of the year. Khloe kardashian has formally filed for a divorce according to several reports and a copy of her court filing has been made public.
It is the second time Khloe Kardashian is filing for a divorce from her short lived marriage with Odom who has a history of drug and alcohol problems.
Lamar Odom, the former basketball star and ex-husband of Khloé Kardashian, was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital Tuesday after he was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel, authorities said.
Former basketball star Lamar Odom was rumored to have been working to save his marriage with Khloe shortly after he almost lost his life after overdosing on drugs. Khloe Kardashian on her own path was rumored to have been seeing French Montana and James Harden at different points in time.
The duo signed a prenuptial agreement and the split is expected to be largely amicable although California law stipulates that they have to wait six months before the marriage is officially dissolved.
